Transforming your relationship with yourself through the wisdom of the body
Are you feeling…
Stressed, overwhelmed, or close to burnout?
Caught in self-criticism, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of not being enough?
Holding a great deal for others, while quietly carrying even more within yourself?
Or simply longing to feel more at ease, more creative, and more connected to yourself?
Together, we’ll begin where lasting change begins: in your body.
At the heart of Inner Connexion is a simple belief: the relationship you have with yourself shapes the way you experience every part of your life.
When that relationship is shaped by stress, self-criticism, shame, or emotional disconnection, it influences how you think, feel, relate, and respond to the world.
When it becomes grounded in awareness, compassion, and embodied presence, everything else begins to change from the inside out — how you think, how you relate, and how you lead.
Inner Connexion is a body-based approach to transformation. Rather than working only with thoughts or behaviours, we work directly with felt experience as it is lived and held in the body—where patterns of stress, self-criticism, overthinking, burnout, and emotional disconnection become embodied.
The Inner Connexion Method integrates Traditional Focusing, Thinking at the Edge (TAE), Somatic Attachment Therapy, embodied awareness practices, and nervous system-informed approaches to support lasting transformation through a different relationship with yourself.
As these patterns begin to shift and you cultivate greater embodied presence—a deeper connection with yourself you allow to meet life with greater clarity, emotional resilience, self-trust, and a growing sense of feeling at home within yourself.
For those who lead, create, facilitate, or hold responsibility for others, this deeper inner relationship becomes the foundation for leading with greater presence, wisdom, and authenticity.

Learn Focusing
a practical skill for life and embodied awareness
Focusing is a practical way of listening to the body’s felt sense — the place where new understanding and lasting change begin. Whether for personal growth or professional development, including those in leadership, facilitation, or roles that hold responsibility for others, Focusing offers a lifelong practice and a deeper relationship with yourself.

About
Hi, I am Iren — a practitioner of Focusing, TAE and Somatic Attachment Therapy, with a background in yoga, meditation, and embodied awareness practices spanning more than twenty years.
This is not work I came to through training alone. It came through my own experience — of stress, of patterns that didn’t respond to understanding, of the gap between knowing something and actually feeling differently. What I found in somatic practice, awareness work, and Focusing changed that. Inner Connexion grew from that process.
