    Hi, I am Iren, and I'm a Focusing and Somatic Attachment Therapy Practitioner and Cacao Guide.

    I spent 16 years practicing and 5 years teaching yoga and meditation. My focus has been on Heart-opening through Cacao, Embodied Movement and Somatic practices that leads to deeper inner connection.

    I teach Somatic Restorative, Intuitive Movement, and Yoga Nidra Classes; each of these styles brings its own unique way of relaxing the body and sinking the mind into the heart. I’m certified Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa and Himalayan Kriya Yoga teacher.

    I’ve been practicing awareness and meditation skills in a spiritual context since 2004, with deep respect and aligned with the Non-dual Understanding and the Toltec teachings as presented by Théun Mares and the Path of the Heart and Freedom.
